What would be the best way to impress 2,500 high-powered attendees to an event? This was the question we asked ourselves when direct selling firm Sahajidah Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd approached us to plan and execute an awards ceremony to reward its top sellers. We were presented with a momentous task to not only impress, but engage with these individuals.


Not only that, the client was to also launch its flagship label Infinence in Sabah in conjunction with the awards ceremony. Thus, we had to kill two birds with one stone, and of course, all this had to be done in style. Our specifically requested us to come up with a fresh and creative way to showcase Infinence products. What this meant to us was that the event needed to represent luxury, splendour, glitz and glamour!


We conceived an idea to bring guests up close and personal with Infinence products. For this happen, we thought of showcasing the actual handbags and shoes in a display that would resemble a high-end fashion retail window. The one-of-kind display meant guests were able to touch and feel the product, allowing our client to take their guests on a “shopping trip.”


Even better, the display doubled up as the most perfect photobooth! It also served as a glamorous backdrop for gorgeous Hai-O brand ambassador Nur Fazura to host her meet and greet with fans present at the event. We matched all our client’s expectations from our original backdrop concept to on-site floor management, ending the event on a splendid note!
