AIA LIFE Korea
Awards Gala Night 2015

We were honoured when our Korea-based counterpart appointed us to support the planning and execution of a gala night for life insurance group AIA Korea. The event would be huge with an expected 700 attendees flying in from South Korea! And amongst them would be AIA high achievers.
We had a momentous task ahead of us with AIA being one of the biggest names within the financial services industry in Asia. For this event, we were responsible for providing Creative Concepts for the Opening Act, Event Layout Design, On-Site Floor Management, as well as planning the Grand Entrance of Winners for the award presentation portion of the event. Additionally, we provided Sound, Lighting and LED Screens and overall technical consolidation.
